Processing Times
- Subscription Boxes: All subscription boxes are shipped on the 3rd of every month. If the 3rd falls on a weekend or holiday, the boxes will be shipped the next business day.
- Other Orders: All non-subscription items are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- We currently ship within the U.S. only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
- 0 to 5 lbs: $8.37 USD
- 5 lbs to 70 lbs: $10.24 USD
- Orders $50 and up: Free Standard Shipping
- Delivery time estimates:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $19.99 USD

Local Delivery & Pickup (Michigan Residents)
- If you’re local to Petoskey, Michigan, you can opt for local pickup at no extra charge. We’ll notify you once your order is ready for pickup, typically within 24 hours of processing.
- Local delivery within Petoskey, Michigan is available for a flat fee of $10.00.
Order Issues & Returns
- We take great care in packing your items, but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to resolve any issues promptly.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
